It was the only way to describe the monotonous pounding of the sulfur pink sky. And she, the one and only, sprawled across it, crowned with gold, staring down at us. I never thought that winning would make me feel this empty this lost I never thought that being free would make me feel so chained to the ground I still want it every moment of every day I never would have started had I known that price I'd pay I still can't figure out what happiness is but I guess you can't expect everything to go back to the way it was. Singing You take me in your arms
A dancer’s feet flying over a dusty attic floor Pink swirls of fabric swirling in the air A pair of ballet shoes lying under an open window
I sit there on a white couch Gazing into the crystal blue sky As a feather falls onto my open hand
Music comes through the window A Russian lady is singing A violent melody fills the air

Spinning around, I realise this was something All those hours of reading, and maths, could not have prepared me for. A deep sadness in your eyes, And I’m closing mine, rejecting the tears. Welcome to Poetica-Infinitas!!! Where Poetry and Prose will live on forever! This will be the gathering place for poets, writers and artists, to submit, find and combine for the sake of the written word!

If you would like to join, please note me with the title saying "I want to join", and I will add you to the the list, which will be featured in every journal.

If you want to help, please go searching through the writing of DA, your favorites, and even your own poems! Suggest them in a note, and the admins of Poetica-Infinitas will look them over, and begin to feature them. At this point and time, we are looking for poems, prose pieces, writers and deviants to feature, also we want members, so if you yourself are interested or know anyone who would be interested, let them know! Thank you for the support!

Regarding the featuring process: The Poetica-Infinitas team will be working on deviations where Deviants, links to works and other things of the like will be featured! So if you want to see the featured works, +Watch Poetica-Infinitas!!!!

Plus - If you don't think the feaured deviants and thier selected works are not the best you have seen, send a note with a link to that which you think is better, this promotes the exposure of the poetry and prose writers out there who deserve to be featured! So send those suggestions in!
